APPOINTMENT OF FABRICE BLEHAUT AS CERAM DIRECTOR
On 1 July Fabrice Bléhaut was appointed Director of the CERAM business within the UTAC CERAM group. CERAM is the testing entity created in 2013 and dedicated to the development and validation tests in environment, security and reliability, with a complete and unique range of test facilities (one of which is the CERAM crash lab being only official Euro NCAP centre in France). A member of the Group’s Operational Committee, M. Bléhaut’s mission will be to consolidate and develop operational excellence in the service of customers. In parallel and in close collaboration with the CTO, he will lead the strategy for the deployment of CERAM’s activities, drawing on the technical expertise of the Group’s various businesses.
After obtaining a university degree in mechanical engineering, M. Bléhaut began his professional career in 1995 as a design engineer at Renault in the Transmission Department. In 2003, he joined Renault F1 Team UK and then returned to France to lead the Renault Sport Technologies Transmission Department for 6 years. In 2009, he joined the Technical Center of Mechanical Industries and joined the Transmission and Mechatronics BU, where he became the manager in 2015. In parallel, he developed a private consultancy business offering system test engineering and their associated quality standards. Finally, in 2018, he created FKINISIA, a management and strategy consulting firm dedicated to companies and industry professions.
