Road accidents now account for about 3% of all-cause workplace accidents and more than 20% of all fatal workplace accidents. Preventive driving, a specialist entity in UTAC CERAM's road risk training, organized the second edition of its day dedicated to the prevention and management of road risk in companies on November 28th.

In addition to the risk of personal injury in the event of a road accident, the driver is also exposed to physical, postural, chemical and psychosocial risks. Thus many companies want to set up training programs for their employees, dedicated to this type of risk to raise awareness, educate and ultimately reduce their accident rates. This day was organized around conferences (Bird's pyramid, legislation, code of the road, ..), demonstrations and dynamic workshops. Supervised by certified instructors and trainers, the visitors were made aware of the accidentology through various workshops: driving simulator, driving motorized cycles, emergency braking and avoidance and informal exchanges. This year, a workshop dedicated to new modes of urban transport (bicycles, scooters, ...) has been added, to support the development of soft mobility and active in the professional context.
